Decor Ate Me Candles are made with you and our mother earth in mind. We use simple clean ingredients and sustainable materials in our candles to minimize our environmental impact and produce a clean burn. Each of our designs is hand poured, natural soy wax, clean cotton wicks that are lead free and zinc free, non gmo phthalate free fragrances, and natural essential oils. Our candles are completely 100% clean cosmetic grade, toxic free and petroleum free.

CANDLE CARE: Due to the design of our candle, we recommend burning your candle on a perfect flat surface: even, heat safe, away from drafts, away from wooden furniture, and out of reach of pets, children and wild or elaborate draperies, close to you at all times when anyone lights it.
We highly recommend placing your candle on a fire resistant-heat safe surface (any of our plates listed on our website are heat safe dishes), to prevent wax from coming in contact with your gorgeous surfaces. Ensure your dish is 2.5x the size of your candle to prevent dripping wax onto your precious surfaces.
The first thing you want to do is make sure your wick is the proper length, around 0.25 in. length before burning and relighting your candle. Only trim wicks on cooled candles, to prevent debris from falling into the hot wax. Please be careful to be able to reach the wicks without burning yourself.
Helping your candle burn to its potential is a delicate balance of leaving it alone and keeping an attentive eye on it. Most surfaces aren’t perfectly even, so we recommend rotating your candle every few minutes if it’s starting to burn at an angle to ensure that you get an even pool of liquid wax. It’s crucial that your candle burns completely liquid across the surface EVERY time you burn it.

C&C offers returns by issuing a Store Credit.
How it works:
We offer store credit upon receipt of returned goods to our facility matching our authorization number. To begin the process you must fill out a “Refund & Store Credit Application” located on our returns page. In order to qualify this form must be filled out within 48 hours of receipt of your goods, basis the delivery date and time on your tracking information with our carriers: FedEx, USPS and others. All returns are subject to a $5.00 Re Stocking and handling fee, and are to be returned to us by USPS, FedEx, or UPS at a cost borne by the sender.
What happens once you fill out the application?:
Within 24 hours you will receive a detail reply email with a ship to label that you may affix to your parcel. This label is in namesake only and provides you with our Authorization Number and address details for sending your return. You are responsible for arranging the freight and emailing back to us the detailed tracking information along with your Authorization number so that we may insure your return package is assigned to your return authorization, once we are in receipt of the package. Once we are in receipt of your package, you will be notified by email with a link to obtain your store credit.
Follow the Link:
You will receive a credit amount minus the applicable re stocking fee that will link you to purchase a Gift Card from our site for the value of the store credit. This will take you to your account page and you will receive a confirmation email with your gift card purchase and coupon code.
When can I use my store credit gift card?:
Once you follow the link and receive your email with coupon and code you can use it any time. Please note you have 90 days from the issue date to use your gift card after which time it is expired.
Damaged Goods: Returns & Replacement
Please fill out the form and provide all the information as you are instructed to above. Please mark at the beginning of your reply message “Damage Goods” and the details in the space provided. We will issue you a call tag label by reply email with an authorization number. Once we are in receipt of the damaged goods we will immediately provide you with tracking number and confirmation for replacement shipment.
Note: In the case of damaged goods, we only ship out replacements. Orders are nonrefundable. Should you not wish to have your item replaced you must elect that on our reply authorization form. In this case you will receive a store credit without a restocking fee. Please note we do not authorize replacements, or store credits until we are in receipt of your return and our authorizations department has inspected the damages. Within 48 hours of receipt of your damage goods you will receive a email confirmation with tracking information for your new replacement. If you have specified that you do not want a replacement, you will receive a email with a link to follow to exercise your store credit to purchase a gift card for the value of the store credit. In the case of damage returns, we will not deduct a re stocking fee.
Non Refundable Items:
Certain items are non refundable. This includes, Food & Beverage , Soap, Toys, Herbal and Vitamin supplements. Store Credits are not issued on furniture, aside from replacement in the event of damages.
Packaging:
Please note in order for refunds of any kind to be accepted on C&C all products must be returned in their original packaging. That is all inner packaging containing the product must not be ripped open or torn. Please be carefully when opening your goods.
