C&C offers returns by issuing a Store Credit

How it works:

We offer store credit upon receipt of returned goods to our facility matching our authorization number. To begin the process, you must fill out a “Refund & Store Credit Application” located at the bottom of this page. In order to qualify this form must be filled out within 48 hours of receipt of your goods, basis the delivery date and time on your tracking information with our carriers: FedEx, USPS and others.  All returns  are subject to a $5.00 Re Stocking and handling fee, and are to be returned to us by USPS, FedEx, or UPS at a cost borne by the sender.

What happens once you fill out the application?

Within 24 hours you will receive a detail reply email with a ship to label that you may affix to your parcel.  This label is in namesake only and provides you with our Authorization Number and address details for sending your return. You are responsible for arranging the freight and emailing back to us the detailed tracking information along with your Authorization number so that we may ensure your return package is assigned to your return authorization, once we are in receipt of the package. Once we are in receipt of your package, you will be notified by email with a link to obtain your store credit.

Follow the Link:

You will receive a credit amount minus the applicable re stocking fee that will link you to purchase a Gift Card from our site for the value of the store credit. This will take you to your account page and you will receive a confirmation email with your gift card purchase and coupon code. 

When can I use my store credit gift card?:

Once you follow the link and receive your email with coupon and code you can use it any time. Please note you have 90 days from the issue date to use your gift card after which time it is expired.

Damaged Goods: Returns & Replacement

Please fill out the form and provide all the information as you are instructed to above. Please mark at the beginning of your reply message “Damage Goods” and the details in the space provided. We will issue you a call tag label by reply email with an authorization number. Once we are in receipt of the damaged goods, we will immediately provide you with tracking number and confirmation for replacement shipment.

Note: In the case of damaged goods, we only ship out replacements. Orders are nonrefundable. Should you not wish to have your item replaced you must elect that on our reply to authorization form. In this case you will receive a store credit without a restocking fee. Please note we do not authorize replacements, or store credits until we are in receipt of your return and our authorizations department has inspected the damages. Within 48 hours of receipt of your damage goods you will receive a email confirmation with tracking information for your new replacement. If you have specified that you do not want a replacement, you will receive a email with a link to follow to exercise your store credit to purchase a gift card for the value of the store credit. In the case of damage returns, we will not deduct are stocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are nonrefundable. This includes, Food & Beverage, Soap, Toys, Herbal and Vitamin supplements & Cigars. Store Credits are not issued on furniture, aside from replacement in the event of damages. 

Packaging:

Please note in order for refunds of any kind to be accepted on C&C all products must be returned in their original packaging.  That is all inner packaging containing the product must not be ripped open or torn. Please be carefully when opening your goods.
